600D PES RECORD BS

D stands for denier. This refers to the yarn weight. 600D corresponds to 600 grams per 9000 meters.

PES stands for polyester. PES fibers are highly resistant to tearing and abrasion and virtually moisture-absorbing.

PA stands for polyamide. PA fibers are extremely durable and abrasion-resistant. They are also characterized by high elasticity and low weight.

The pack features the VariQuick system, which allows the back length to be quickly and easily adjusted to the user's specifications.

Ergonomic Hip Fins for Back Comfort

Compact, ergonomic ECL hip fins can be adjusted for balance and a custom fit for effective load transfer. Special padding inserts hug the hips, providing stability and comfort. An additional cutout along the back not only provides ventilation but also reduces pressure on the spine.

Made of open-cell, hollow-chamber foam padding, the Aircontact Lite back provides the perfect balance of lightness with good breathability and comfort. It is ideal for efficient load transfer.

Deuter Aircontact System

High loads can be carried optimally when the carrier and backpack work as a single entity. This is where our Aircontact principle comes into play: the carrying system is positioned directly over the body, keeping the load close to the body's center of gravity. This ensures full control and efficient load transfer. At the same time, the breathable Aircontact back pad provides noticeable and pleasant ventilation thanks to its pumping effect with every movement.

PFAS-free

This product is free of PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances). PFASs have water, dirt, and oil-repellent properties, but are persistent chemicals that are harmful to humans, animals, and the environment.

Instead, Deuter uses durable water-repellent finishes (DWR) that are harmless to human and animal health, environmentally friendly, and free of these "persistent chemicals."
