Deuter Freerider 20 If you spend your winters walking and skiing in the mountains, then the ultra-light backpack is exactly what you are looking for. Featuring our Lite carrying system and made from a new fabric that is durable, breathable and snow-resistant , Freerider Lite is extremely comfortable to carry. Sweaty, wet equipment and clothing can be stored in the front pocket and contents in the main compartment can stay dry. We also equipped it with our new modular attachment setup. You can strap your skis, snowboards or snowshoes to the outside of the pack using two special stackable straps attached to the gear rings on the pack, diagonally, so you can carry skis, snowboards and snowshoes in an upright position.

• 100D PA Ripstop

• Extremely lightweight polyamide fabric with a distinctive honeycomb structure.

• 100 denier fabric is used in our backpacks with significantly reduced weight, and in the 210 denier version on cycling backpacks.

• Reinforcement threads woven into the honeycomb structure increase the tear resistance and ensure the stability of the fine textile.

• PU coating inside.

• D stands for denier. This defines the yarn weight. 600D corresponds to 600 grams at 9000 meters.

• PES stands for polyester. PES fibers are very resistant to tearing and abrasion and barely absorb moisture.

• PA stands for polyamide. PA fibers are extremely durable and abrasion resistant. They are also characterized by high elasticity and low weight.
